Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Systems Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our AI-driven EHR systems. This role involves designing and refining Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications to improve user interactions with language-based data in healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement NLP models to enhance user interactions with language-based data in healthcare workflows.
  • Collaborate with developers and domain experts to integrate NLP capabilities into WRS Health's EHR platforms.
  • Evaluate and analyze model outputs to identify inconsistencies or areas for improvement.
  • Develop and refine prompts to ensure optimal performance of Large Language Models (LLMs) in healthcare applications.
  • Experiment with various prompt strategies and assess their impact on model responses.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with NLP and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, Llama).
  • Hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly in the healthcare domain.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and other relevant languages.
  • Familiarity with APIs for interacting with LLMs and cloud platforms.
  • Background in Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and Large Language Model Operations (LLMOps).
