Job Title: IT Network Support Specialist

Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Network Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintenance of all ICT equipment and computer networks and systems in our field offices. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 6 months of hands-on experience providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure and computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance of all ICT equipment and computer networks and systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with network devices and computer systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain network devices and computer systems
  • Ensure the security and integrity of all network data

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 6 months of hands-on experience providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure and computer systems
  • Basic knowledge of networking skills (protocols, workgroups, domains), various LAN technologies (VLAN, VTP, Trunk, EtherChannel, STP, HSRP, VSS, VPC), routing protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, DNS, WINS) and networking services (active directories, group policies, files, distributed applications, emails) in an enterprise environment
  • Basic knowledge in Server OS (Windows Server 2012/2016 and Linux Server Debian Distribution), databases (Microsoft SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL) and workstations (both Windows and Linux based OS as well as thin clients NoOS) and other office suite applications (Microsoft Office 2010 and above, Visio 2010 and above, etc.)
