Job Summary:

CMS Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CMS Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our content operations, you will be responsible for managing multiple brands within our Content Management System.

Your primary duties will include uploading and publishing content, working closely with translation teams to ensure accuracy and localisation, coordinating multimedia content readiness with the design team, and conducting quality checks for formatting and consistency.

You will also serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth content operations and providing regular updates on content status.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Upload and manage content across various brands in the Content Management System.
  • Collaborate with translation teams for accurate translations and localisations.
  • Work with the design team to ensure multimedia content is ready for publication.
  • Perform basic quality checks for formatting and consistency.
  • Liaise with multiple teams (design, CRM, Casino, SEO) for seamless content operations.
  • E nsure content meets quality standards before publication.
  • Manage translation timelines and publish translated content on schedule.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the online gambling industry, with hands-on management of Content Management Systems.
  • Strong command of English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, as well as part of a team.
