Job Description

As a Senior Actuary, you will be leading SGV & Co.'s actuarial services in the market through business development, project planning, and high-quality project execution. You will be responsible for managing teams, implementing IFRS 17: Insurance Contracts, and providing recommendations to clients regarding their actuarial assumptions and methodologies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage consulting and insurance audit engagements.
  • Implement IFRS 17: Insurance Contracts for life and non-life insurance companies.
  • Review actuarial liabilities and reserves of life and non-life insurance companies.
  • Provide technical actuarial guidance to the team.

Requirements

  • Experience in IFRS 17 implementation.
  • Extensive knowledge in the insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • SOA examination is required; Associate or near Associateship is preferred.
