Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to oversee our transport operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the movement of goods from warehouses to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in logistics or transport management, preferably in e-commerce or retail supply chain operations. They will also have experience in managing B2B and B2C transport operations, including first mile, last mile, and business-to-business transactions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as On Time In Full (OTIF), Delivered In Full On Time (DIFOT), and Lost & Damaged percentages.
  • Leading and aligning cross-functional teams, including country operations, analytics, customer success, and tech teams.
  • Contracting and onboarding new courier partners and third-party logistics providers.
  • Conducting process audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient logistics solutions.
