Job Summary

A Virtual Assistant GHL Specialist is sought after to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in utilizing Go High Level (GHL) for CRM setup, automation, funnel building, and client management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crm Configuration: Configure and manage Go High Level Crm accounts for clients, including pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations.
  • Funnel Creation: Create and optimize funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys within GHL.
  • Integration Management: Integrate GHL with third-party tools such as Stripe, Zapier, calendars, and email systems.
  • Email Automation: Monitor and manage email, SMS, and social media automations within the platform.
  • Contact Management: Assist with lead management by organizing contacts, tagging, and segmenting audiences.
  • Scheduling Support: Provide support for appointment scheduling, calendar management, and reminders.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze reports on campaigns, pipelines, and conversions.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve platform issues and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements
  • Ghl Experience: Proven experience working with Go High Level Crm (setup, automation, and funnel management).
  • Crm Knowledge: Strong understanding of Crm systems, marketing automation, and sales pipelines.
  • Email Marketing: Familiarity with email and SMS marketing best practices.
  • Data Interpretation: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
