Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute outbound tele calling strategies to generate qualified leads for cybersecurity solutions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate product demos with decision-makers and prospects to introduce the cybersecurity product.
  • Prospect Engagement: Promote the cybersecurity product's value proposition to potential customers through effective tele calling conversations.
  • Demo Coordination & Follow-Up: Schedule demo sessions and consistently follow up with prospects to convert them into long-term customers.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, or Salesforce to track outreach activities, manage leads, and update pipeline statuses.
  • Outreach Optimization: Continuously refine tele calling scripts and outreach strategies to maximize lead conversion rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with US-based prospects over the phone.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions, and trends.
  • Able to work in a high-volume tele calling environment and meet or exceed targets.
