Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Web & Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality designs that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design a wide range of visual materials, including branding, print, digital, and ads.
  1. e.g., logos, style guides, flyers, business cards, web pages, UI elements, email graphics, social media assets, display banners, lead magnets, promos.
  • Utilize AI tools to speed up ideation and enhance creative output.
  • Collaborate with designers, Squad Leads, and Quality Analysts to ensure consistent design quality.
  • Interpret client briefs and turn them into strategic creative solutions.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and tool developments.
  • Manage multiple design requests efficiently while maintaining consistency in quality and creativity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in web and graphic design.
  • Advanced English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing versatility, originality, and attention to detail across print and digital media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, including mastery of Auto Layout.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI design tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI, Freepik AI, etc.).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
  • A reliable computer setup: Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, 16GB RAM, plus a backup machine.
  • High-speed internet (50 Mbps+) with a backup plan.
  • A helpful attitude toward design feedback.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.
  • Willingness to undergo and pass a Bootcamp trial before being officially hired.
