The Finance Specialist role at WHR Global Consulting is a critical position that requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, including recording, reconciling, and reporting on financial transactions.
Key Accountabilities:- Financial Data Management: Record, reconcile, and report on all financial transactions, including bills and invoices, payables and receivables, and bank statements.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all financial transactions and reports comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Communication: Communicate financial information to management and other stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years of finance experience, including handling invoices, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), sales recording, financial reporting, and tax computations. You should also be willing to work in the office once a week in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.
