The Role of a Graphic Designer in Event Promotion

Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished graphic designer to join our team and contribute to the development of event branding and marketing materials. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our message and elevate our events.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Designing cohesive event concepts that reflect our brand identity across various platforms;
  • Creating high-quality visual assets for events, including print and digital materials;
  • Ensuring all designs are optimized for use on digital and mobile platforms, including our website and social media channels;
  • Maintaining our Wix websites and Cvent event websites, ensuring all links are working and content is up-to-date.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working in graphic design, ideally in-house at an events company;
  • A solid understanding of basic design principles, including color theory and typography;
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign;
  • Strong communication and project management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
