Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

Nabati Philippines seeks an experienced Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to administer payroll and employee benefits in accordance with Philippine laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll, timekeeping, and employee records.
- Develop and implement benefits programs offered by the Company.
- Work closely with the Payroll and Benefits Supervisor to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Hands-on experience with processing payroll and company-initiated and government-mandated benefits.
- Strong knowledge of employment/labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule.
