We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Planate Management Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems and be able to install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems in various settings.



Responsibilities


  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems in domestic, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Use blueprints and schematics to locate and mark positions for pipes and fixtures.
  • Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes to ensure proper fit and installation.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on-site.
  • Respond to plumbing emergencies, troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Document work performed and materials used for project records.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency on plumbing tasks.
  • Assist with other duties as required to support the project's success.


Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction or plumbing field.
  • Must have a National Certificate (NC II) in Plumbing.
  • Familiarity with manual and power tools.
  • Will to work in a team environment.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
