Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the accounting team in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and journal entries.
  • Supervise and guide the accounting team in the verification of data entries and review of accounting work.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Manage the creation, posting, and reconciliation of AR/AP/GL journal entries.
  • Oversee the monthly and annual book closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, including experience in managing a team of more than 5 people.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
