Job Title: Product Developer

This role involves leading the product development process from conceptualization to commercialization, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and identify new product ideas that meet customer needs and validate them through a thorough analysis of market trends.
  • Evaluate suppliers based on their ability to meet project specifications, costs, MOQ, lead time, order, and select the most suitable one for each project.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance, quality, and specification standards are met throughout the production process.
  • Work with marketing teams or external agencies to deliver marketing-related projects according to timeline and brand guidelines.
  • Manage project timelines, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure timely completion and launch of all projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product development with end-to-end responsibility from ideation to mass production.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and motivated individual who can drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Good understanding of Western consumer markets (US & Europe) for making informed product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
