Job Summary

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media.
  • Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide thoughtful and high-quality responses that reflect our service standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns
  • Provide solutions to customer problems and concerns
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset
Technical Requirements
  • Personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent
  • Minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed
