Job Summary

As an SAP DevOps Expertise Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our SAP practice, overseeing and managing DevOps processes and tools, integrating testing tools with ChaRM and Azure DevOps, and developing and maintaining DevOps-related analytics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain security and compliance plans.
  • Update change management strategies.
  • Configure and administer Focused Build & Insights for SAP Solution Manager.
  • Design and implement build and release pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain DevOps-related analytics and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Integrate testing tools with ChaRM and Azure DevOps to streamline and enhance testing and deployment processes.
  • Build and support change management processes across our SAP ecosystems, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions across project releases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of applied experience in SAP Basis in a DevOps for SAP environment with responsibilities focused on change management using SAP Solution Manager – Standalone / Retrofit process, ChaRM, Focused Build & Insights; SAP Business Technology Platform; Azure DevOps (or any similar toolkit), integration of testing tools with ChaRM, ADO, and building DevOps-related analytics and dashboards.
  • Strong foundation in DevOps for SAP.
  • Good understanding of change management in SAP and integration of DevOps tools to streamline, adhere to, and improve existing change management processes.
  • Ability to adapt to and handle multiple priorities.
  • A team player, experienced in working in a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic work environment.
  • Proven individual in leadership – able to take charge to meet business objectives with delivery excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Business Technology Platform would be an advantage.
