  • Posts job ads and organizes resumes and job applications for head office vacancies.
  • Schedules applicants and conducts initial face-to-face interviews.
  • Executes pre-screening through job portals or phone interviews.
  • Administers exams and interprets results.
  • Tracks the outcomes of background and reference checks.
  • Prepares new employee files and transfers completed files to the relevant department.
  • Conducts employment verification and Background investigation for Supervisory/Managerial level positions.
  • Follows up with recruitment channels for executive search.
  • Establishes connections with universities or recruitment events for job placements.
  • Discusses potential applicants with relevant departments for final interviews.
  • Drafts employment contracts and job offers.
  • Monitors completion of pre-employment requirements submitted by applicants.
  • Tracks status of debit card applications for payroll purposes.
  • Updates Position Vacancies Report.
  • Encodes employee information in the official Manpower List.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Senior High School diploma or college undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Prior experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong potential for interviewing, sourcing, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office or GSuite applications.
  • Above-average communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
