Job Title: Ad Creative StrategistAbout the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Ad Creative Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-performing ad creatives that drive conversions and scale campaigns across various paid platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal design teams and external agencies to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage User-Generated Content (UGC) creators to deliver fresh video content daily
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
