This position offers a remote, full-time opportunity to work as a Mortgage Support Specialist for a boutique advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Support debt advisory strategists by preparing evidence, data, and research to inform business decisions.
- Set up workflows, prepare handovers, and analyze financial statements & tax returns to drive strategic outcomes.
- Research market trends and regulatory changes; compile intelligence and reports to ensure timely compliance.
- Manage timelines, follow-up on disputes and reorders, and provide clear summaries and presentation materials from templates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain a reference database for future use; facilitate professional client communication.
The ideal candidate will possess mortgage industry expertise, credit assessment skills, financial analysis capabilities, and knowledge of regulatory compliance.
Requirements:- Mastery of the Quickli platform and proficiency in Broker Engine.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and strong research methodologies.
- Professional written communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
This is a core 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST or 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time role that requires dedication and attention to detail. Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work to ensure a smooth transition.
