Financial Assistant Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Financial Assistant Manager to join our Finance and Accounting Team at Seanderg Realty and Development Corporation. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating various financial activities, including general accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, bank statements, and other financial documents.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.

You'll also be responsible for coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment and billing inquiries, reviewing and verifying billings from suppliers, and handling staff reimbursement requests. Additionally, you'll assist in preparing financial reports and statements on a regular basis.

We're looking for a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and analytical skills. If you have a strong background in accounting and are looking for a challenging role that will utilize your skills, we'd love to hear from you

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Financial Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
