About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead our design and build team. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (preferably licensed) and 1-2 years of related work experience. Experience in Real Estate is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop sustainable community plans that cater to our clients' needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery meets our high standards
  • Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of projects and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (preferably licensed)
  • 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Experience in Real Estate is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
