Maintenance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Expert to join our team at Enigma Software Solutions Inc. in Binan City, Laguna.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities by performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
• Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
• Ensure a safe working environment by following safety protocols and procedures

• Experience in maintenance or handyperson work, preferably in an office setting
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and repair procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
