Job Description

The Financial Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial strategies, as well as providing financial guidance and support to the leadership team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting, including preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.
  • Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management on matters such as investments, funding, and risk management.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including banks, investors, and auditors.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in bookkeeping, computer literate, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong organizational skills.
