We are seeking a skilled Virtual Medical Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and inquiries from patients.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the medical provider's calendar efficiently.
  • Collect and update patient information accurately in the electronic health record system.
  • Provide patients with information about services, procedures, and protocols.
  • Handle patient check-ins and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure quality patient care.
  • Assist in managing administrative tasks to support office operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of medical office procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and scheduling software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
