About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional to own and execute our social media presence and influencer marketing program. You'll lead the content calendar, create engaging content, and build partnerships with influencers and experts across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning strategy and execution (60%): Develop and manage a rolling content calendar that supports business priorities, track performance, and report regularly.
  • Developing and managing influencer marketing programs (40%): Identify aligned influencers, negotiate mutually beneficial terms, and manage partnerships end-to-end.
Requirements
  • 4-6+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling short-form video content.
  • Strong video editing and graphic design skills.
  • Proven track record of growing followers and engagement across platforms.

  • Producing high-performing content that grows audience and increases engagement.

  • Delivering measurable ROI through the influencer marketing program.
