Job Overview

The Phone Research and Evaluation Team is responsible for collecting data on service provider performance and consumer experiences through phone inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound calls to gather information about service providers.
  • Document conversations with precision and clarity.
  • Prepare comprehensive feedback reports for stakeholders.
Required Skills:
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling US Banking, Loans, and Mortgages voice accounts.
  • Deep understanding of personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, HELOC, and refinancing concepts.
  • Familiarity with key terms such as APR, origination fee, prepayment penalty, DTI ratio, and credit score impact.
