Data Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Data Specialist to fill a key role in our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing database usage, ensuring data accuracy and usability, and providing exceptional support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage database usage and serve as the primary point of contact for questions at the project level.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and usability by determining client reporting needs and coordinating with support teams.
  • Identify required data points for each project and establish data entry and reporting workflows.
  • Provide training to users and set up training at project start and for new team members.
  • Export and review reports for quality assurance and coordinate data issue resolutions with project teams.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data entry, database administration, or data support roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
