Maintenance and Logistics Coordinator

Risewave Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Logistics Coordinator to oversee the coordination of maintenance and logistics activities across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Implement pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck units to identify any potential issues.
  2. Critical Component Examination: Thoroughly examine all critical components during inspections.
  3. Defect Reporting: Report and document any defects or issues identified during inspections.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Maintenance and Logistics Coordinator will:

  1. Inventory Management: Implement inventory management systems to track stock levels and optimize warehouse operations.
  2. Coordination: Coordinate with transport teams to facilitate seamless site operations.
  3. Warehousing: Manage warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Strong leadership skills to manage department/teams effectively.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Maintenance, Asset Management, and Warehouse operations.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and managing subordinates.

The ideal candidate will possess analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as in-depth knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance practices for fleet, yard, and warehouse operations.
