• Attends to customer queries and processes orders efficiently

• Verifies customer prescriptions and forwards them to the pharmacist for validation

• Ensures accurate dispensing of medications and maintains a clean and organized store environment

• Handles customer payments and provides change accurately

• Performs regular stock replenishment for assigned gondolas

• Maintains a clean and organized store environment, including gondolas and storage areas

• Updates store personnel on product awareness and new practices through training

• Ensures proper display arrangement and merchandise presentation

• Monitors merchandise deliveries and maintains a well-stocked store

• Provides exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Preferably a College Graduate of any 2–4-year course or equivalent

• Senior High School Graduates with related job experience are welcome to apply

• Work experience in customer service industries is an asset

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Open to varying work schedules
