This role involves generating various financial reports for EEV as required by regulators, Group Head Office, and management. The reports must be of high quality and delivered in a timely manner.
Prophet/DCS Processing- Ensure accurate set-up and calibration of models.
- Develop strategies to guarantee quality and accurate data and assumptions are used in reporting.
- Oversee the implementation of solutions to problems in the Prophet model.
- Verify that revisions to the models are properly tested for reporting and sensitivity runs.
- Lead the team in the entire reporting process and ensure timeliness.
- Identify anomalies and inconsistencies in numbers and ensure reasonability, consistency, accuracy of results.
- Manage internal and external customers in adhering to SLAs and other agreements.
- Collaborate with Regional counterparts.
- Guarantee accuracy, validity, and consistency of report commentaries.
- Create new reporting templates/working files for new or ad hoc reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with various MUDA policies.
- Determine unexpected problems that may arise during reporting.
- Optimize reporting processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to promote growth in team members.
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, programs, and instructions are executed.
- Familiarize yourself with Pru Life UK Compliance Standards. Be aware of your responsibilities and competent to carry them out to the required standards. Report all compliance matters openly and honestly to your Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated by the Compliance Officer.
