Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software development, encompassing frontend, backend, and DevOps, with proficiency in Java frameworks, especially Spring and Spring Boot.

  • As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the software behind our platform.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and collaborate on high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  2. Design, develop, and implement new features/software products while enhancing/maintaining existing ones.
  3. Perform QA testing on your work and that of others to ensure the reliability of our products.
  4. Review pull requests, ask clarifying questions, provide constructive guidance, and maintain a healthy codebase.
  5. Ensure timely delivery of software projects while upholding established quality standards.
  6. Continuously enhance your technical knowledge and share insights with the team.
  7. Assist in diagnosing system issues and implementing effective resolution strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, including frontend, backend, and DevOps.
  • Proficiency in Java frameworks, especially Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Knowledge of front-end development tools and frameworks, including Vanilla JS and React.
  • Competency in Object-Oriented Design, functional programming, and scripting.
  • Familiarity with modern software architectures and deployment tools.
