Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional results as a Marketing Automation Specialist.
  • Owning and administering our Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) within the APAC region.
  • Working closely with teams to build functional campaigns and nurtures through email, marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce), and other marketing tools.
  • Configuring and maintaining marketing automation workflows, triggers, and segmentation to personalize communications and improve targeting.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A higher degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Technology, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a Marketing background.
  • Working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (Marketo).
  • Working knowledge of standard applications such as Adobe AEM (CMS), Python, JSON, and Power BI.
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
