Job Summary

This role is responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified, diverse talent for assigned departments.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and screening candidates to fill active and forecasted openings. They will also ensure compliance with company and government recruiting requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in creating and executing training and onboarding programs for new recruiters. They will also coach and maintain positive team morale.

This position requires a flexible workweek in a corporate office and/or remote environment. Some local travel or out-of-town travel may be required to support recruitment activities.

Talents Required
  • Recruiting skills: The successful candidate will have excellent recruiting skills, including the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and develop strong networks.
  • Candidate management: They will have experience in managing candidate pipelines and ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to attract and hire top talent.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will need to interact with various stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and other members of the HR team.
