Role Summary
The Finance Analyst will play a key role in providing financial insights and support to the leadership team at MasTec Communications Group. This position involves analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and developing forecasts to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for revenue & margin analysis, price/volume modeling, operational & financial modeling, and financial reporting. You will also need to analyze precision and accuracy of revenue and cost budgets used for percentage of completion revenue recognition, as well as develop KPIs and metrics for evaluating workforce performance and resource needs.

Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should have a solid understanding of financial principles, including GAAP accounting. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or business/finance/economics, 2-4+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, and proficiency in Oracle and Hyperion are essential. Additionally, you should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
