Job Title: Sales Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Staff to join our team at AP CARTON BOX, INC.

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries regarding quotations, samples, and purchase orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inquire with customers to clarify product requirements and disseminate relevant information to internal departments.
  • Process and manage new item inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders from customers.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, balance delivery, return rejected deliveries, and obtain special approvals as necessary.
  • Prepare and issue daily loading documents and follow up on production and delivery status.
  • Prepare delivery receipts and sales invoices for finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions.
