About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional IT Field Services Technician to join our team at Strategic Networks Inc.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Field Support Engineer, Dispatch, and Service Desk teams to attend and resolve all service requests assigned per region or area.
You will be responsible for remotely guiding installations on our client's IT Shared System, responding to and resolving incident tickets assigned by I.T. Dispatch Coordinators and Service Desk Engineers within agreed SLA's.
Additionally, you will monitor equipment, prepare purchasing requests for materials needed for each project, and write daily and monthly reports regarding maintenance work provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escalate technical issues that require immediate attention and ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and submit reports as required.
- Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise to provide value-added solutions to clients.
- Work collaboratively with Field Support Engineers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding technical issues, progress, and resolution.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
