Job Title: Sustainability Content Strategist

This role involves creating and managing content that showcases a company's commitment to sustainability, while also highlighting the company's technology offerings. To be successful in this position, you will need to have a deep understanding of both the technical aspects of a company's products and services, as well as the nuances of communicating effectively with business leaders about sustainability issues.

  • Develop and manage content calendars tailored to LinkedIn, aligning with marketing goals, product launches, and ESG milestones.
  • Lead creation of thought leadership and campaign content, including whitepapers, blog articles, executive posts, ESG reports, infographics, and web copy.
  • Collaborate closely with ESG, product, and marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment with sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute content strategies focused on LinkedIn and Sustainability communications for B2B technology clients.
  • Translate complex technical and environmental topics into accessible, engaging content for enterprise decision-makers.
  • Analyze content performance on LinkedIn and across digital channels, refining strategies based on engagement and conversion metrics.

Requirements:

  • Previous content strategy roles, with proven success in B2B tech and sustainability communications.
  • Strong experience developing and managing LinkedIn content strategies for corporate or executive brands.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex ESG or technical topics.
