We are looking for an experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our team in Manila. As a specialist in motion graphics, animation, and ad content creation, you will be responsible for delivering visually stunning content tailored for Meta's advertising ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-quality motion graphics and video content optimized for Meta platforms, ensuring compliance with its stringent specifications and best practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging motion graphics and video content optimized for Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram ads.
  • Develop visually compelling content tailored for digital advertising campaigns, working closely with creative directors, designers, and editors.
  • Animate and composite 2D and 3D assets to create immersive experiences that enhance audience engagement.
  • Optimize render settings and compression techniques to ensure fast-loading, high-quality content without compromising performance.
  • Troubleshoot rendering challenges and technical issues, particularly for Meta's ad ecosystem, ensuring seamless playback and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date on Meta's evolving ad requirements, best practices, and algorithm-driven engagement trends.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting strict deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Motion Designer, or Digital Animator, preferably in digital advertising.
  • Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Blender.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, motion design, typography, and digital advertising trends.
  • Experience in 2D and 3D animation, compositing, and video rendering for social media platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of Meta's ad specifications, including resolution, frame rates, aspect ratios, file formats, and compression techniques.
  • Ability to optimize content for performance across various Meta ad placements (stories, reels, carousel, in-feed ads, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt visuals to different brand styles and creative briefs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and refine rendering processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing skills, specifically for Meta ads.
