We are currently seeking a highly experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee a team of accounting professionals servicing SME clients in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diligently deliver high-quality accounting and tax services to Australian startup and SME clients
  • Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients
  • Prepare and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS)
  • Deliver comprehensive tax return preparation and submission services
  • Supervise and control remote bookkeeping operations
  • Advise and engage with clients on various accounting and taxation matters
  • Lead, develop, and grow a team of accountants
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of accountants servicing Australian clients
  • A proven track record in team leadership, hiring, training, and nurturing ambitious accountants
  • An excellent command of client communication and delivery organization skills
  • Data-driven decision making and ability to balance complex services
