We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Governance and Enterprise Risk Manager to lead our risk governance framework integration efforts, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing requests requiring CRO approval or presentation to risk governance committees, driving process improvements, and identifying opportunities for growth through dissecting issues and making recommendations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively supervise and create accountability within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure and manage the integration of business into the risk governance framework.
- Manage requests requiring CRO approval or presentation to risk governance committees.
- Continuously identify process improvements and efficiencies to support business unit goals.
- Achieve effective risk assessment and mitigate potential risks.
