Key Responsibilities

This is a key role that involves working on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa. The successful candidate will be responsible for collections for unpaid medical claims, including gathering support data for accurate invoicing and resolving specific claims discrepancies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collections for unpaid medical claims.
  • Gathering support data for accurate invoicing.
  • Resolving specific claims discrepancies.
  • Preparing invoices and reconciling billing with accounts receivables.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of college education.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare account receivables or a related field.
  • Familiarity with EPIC SYSTEM and UB claims.
