AutoCAD Drafter Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization as an AutoCAD Drafter. This role involves creating precise and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software for various projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software for electric and plumbing plans, basic elevation designs, and other related projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to develop and refine project drawings.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications and standards.
  • Review and update existing drawings to reflect changes and modifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
  • Organize and maintain records of all drawings and related documents.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an AutoCAD Drafter, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in electric and plumbing plans and basic elevation designs.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
  • Detailed understanding of drafting principles, standards, and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
  • Able to interpret and understand technical specifications and blueprints.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with other CAD software and design tools.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
