About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Operator to join our dynamic Engineering team. As a Technical Drafter, you will play a crucial role in creating and modifying technical drawings that support our real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing accurate and detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings and models
  • Interpreting project specifications and sketches to create technical drawings
  • Modifying and updating existing drawings based on client feedback and design changes
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure drawings meet project requirements
  • Maintaining an organized electronic archive of all project-related drawings and documents

Requirements:

  • BS in Architecture or Engineering graduate
  • Proven experience as an AutoCAD Operator, ideally within the engineering, construction, or real estate development industry
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD software and proficiency in 2D and 3D design techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to meet project deadlines
