Cybersecurity Engineer

As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating cybersecurity platforms including SIEM, endpoint protection, DLP, IAM, and threat intelligence systems. You will monitor and analyze security alerts, logs, and telemetry to identify and respond to potential threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and operate cybersecurity platforms including SIEM, endpoint protection, DLP, IAM, and threat intelligence systems.
  • Monitor and analyze security alerts, logs, and telemetry to identify and respond to potential threats.
  • Ensure proper integration and data flow between security tools and infrastructure components.
  • Perform regular health checks, updates, and patching of security systems.
  • Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to enforce secure configurations across on-premise and multi-cloud environments.
  • Support incident response efforts and contribute to forensic investigations when required.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for operational procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity operations or engineering.
  • Proven expertise in managing SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of network and infrastructure security principles.
  • Experience working in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is considered an advantage.
