Accounting Job Opportunity
Torero Global Outsourcing Corp. is seeking an experienced Administrative Accounting Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for performing full-cycle bookkeeping for U.S. clients across various industries.

Responsibilities
  • Record, track, and reconcile all financial transactions accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date general ledgers and monitor bank account balances
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice generation and collections
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with payroll standards and reporting
  • Coordinate banking activities, including deposits and cash receipt monitoring
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as business license renewals and insurance documentation
  • Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting

Requirements
  • Fluent in English
  • Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience in accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and accounting software (Quickbook preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
