Backend Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Engineer to lead cross-functional teams in developing major projects and initiatives.

Maintain a deep understanding of product and engineering domains, conduct code reviews, and contribute to shared codebases.


This role involves designing scalable, maintainable APIs, mentoring engineers, and participating in product development.


About the Role

You will:

  • Lead the development of complex software applications
  • Participate in product design and development, providing expert feedback and suggestions
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

For this position, we seek individuals with extensive experience as a Backend Engineer with Elixir, proficiency in Postgres or similar databases, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in Backend Development
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Prior experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Next.js, React/Vue/Angular is highly desirable.
