Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Description:

This is a key opportunity to leverage your creative expertise and quality standards to make an immediate impact on customers and support the company's mission. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and proposing measures to correct or improve the creative quality of customer requests.

Scope of Work:

  • Scrutinize customer requests efficiently to guarantee they adhere to quality control standards.
  • Maintain high productivity and efficiency, reviewing an average of 50 requests within an 8-hour shift.
  • Examine customer concerns from a quality perspective and offer valuable recommendations and observations to enhance quality outputs.
  • Perform technical reviews and provide well-founded feedback to creatives on requests within our scope of service, focusing on customer instructions, brand adherence, copy accuracy, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality Specialist teammates and Quality Coordinator to streamline the handling of the quality review queue efficiently.
  • Generate weekly reports pinpointing areas for improvement in overall aesthetics and creative quality of clients' requests.

Ideal Profile:

  • Proficient in reviewing designs and artworks within the client's services.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, as well as other tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, and Figma.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in the review of creative output.
  • Ability to identify and address quality issues in creative works, covering aesthetic and technical considerations.
