Key Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work with newly registered childminders to support the launch and operation of their home nurseries.
  • Support childminders directly with their childcare agreements and address any payment queries they may have.

About You

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, payments, or financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
  • Strong customer mindset and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong aptitude for numbers and comfortable with financial details.
