We are seeking a highly skilled Software Fullstack professional to join our team at Manpower Core Group Inc.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a talented Software Fullstack professional to design, develop, and implement high-performance applications using a range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-performance applications using a range of technologies, including Typescript, NodeJs,.net Core, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
  • Develop scalable APIs and RESTful web services using.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Perform unit and system-level testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with product development teams, product management, design office, and services to ensure software meets business requirements.
  • Develop automated unit test cases tied to each User Story, Bug.
  • Ensure software solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Strong experience in full-stack application development using Angular, NodeJs, C#,.NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL Server technologies.
  • Proficient in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like SAFe, Agile, and Test-driven development.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong expertise and knowledge in LINQ, Functional Programming, and multithreading.
Experience Implementing

Microservices with Restful API/GraphQL in.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API,.Net window services, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NOSQL databases.

Should have good experience in writing efficient SQL queries.

A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.

Able to work well individually and with a team. Good work ethic, self-starter, and results-oriented.

Ability to work independently, prioritize, and efficiently execute tasks.

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
