Senior Platform Engineer

Job Description:

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, deploying and managing scalable infrastructure solutions for our organization. You will be responsible for automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using industry-leading tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Additionally, you will build and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitHub Actions and other relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy scalable infrastructure solutions using Kubernetes clusters
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other relevant tools
  • Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
  • Ensure infrastructure is secure, resilient, and highly available, supporting auto-scaling where applicable
  • Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to enable fast and reliable deployment cycles
  • Work with IT and Support teams to troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in cloud computing, containerization, and DevOps practices. You should have a deep understanding of Kubernetes administration, infrastructure as code, and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, especially AWS and Azure
  • Exposure to MLOps workflows and large language model (LLM) deployment
  • Experience provisioning Kubernetes clusters on bare metal or virtual machines (e.g. using kubeadm, Cluster API, or similar tools)
